Wifi 12192m

So , in a break from tradition, we are paying for this wifi - $5.  Expensive or what!!!! Couldnt resist cos it is actually on the plane.  Who would have thought you could do that????
Its an airbus A380 - 800.  Bloody big and rather nice.  same entertainment shizzle, but wifi as well!!!!!
Nice grub too - took a photo - sad, but it was mutton curry.  Or mutton dressed as mutton curry!!!! Appropriate I thought.  And yes, the high heels have gone- thongs are us now!!! I'll try and take a photo of where we are too, and one of the camera in the tail. Awesome!!!!  Ill upload them when we have free wifi, cos it might eat the limit on this one!!

Wifi in all languages....

And the free Wifi extravaganza continues.  Dubai airport, after 14 hours on a Boeing 777.  Food was ok, service was ok, the inflight entertainment was excellent!!  You get a wee TV in the seat back and can choose from heaps of movies and TV series, or music or games, and they have cameras under and in front of the plane which is good for landing so you can see when you are going to hit the runway, hopefully!! I slept, Rammy didnt so he's as cranky as all shit lol!!!  Dubai airport is HUGE.  We walked 25 minutes to get here, which is a tiny wee duty free shop. There are heaps more bigger than this one.  Turned on the wifi and everything was in arabic, so hopefully it will stay in English now!! 

We have 3 hours till the flight to Rome, so will have a coffee and watch the transit passengers sleeping!!

Its Gin o'clock.....

Well actualy it's half past second gin o'clock, and free Wifi number 2 - International Departure Lounge!!!
Rammy nearly passed out cos he couldnt find a bar - but, we did.  He's like a sniffer dog around beer!!!!
And he's not too happy about the class of passenger on the Emirates flight.........there are a lot of Dubai locals.  Enough said.
Am about to have my iphone confiscated- The SIM is coming out and it feels like I'm about to loose a limb. Might have to steal the blueberry/blackberry whatever its called and use it instead.
Weird to be travelling away from home and kids and animals.  Can't even start to think about them yet or I bawl again!!!!
